Terms of Service

1. Service description

  • thebedrock.ai is a hosted UI for the refold Telegram bot operated by TQDM Inc. It lets users view AI agent traces and per-user usage of the bot.
  • The service is provided as-is without guarantee of continuous availability.

3. Accounts and authentication

  • Sign-in is completed exclusively via the Telegram Login Widget. Your Telegram user id becomes your account; no separate signup is required.
  • You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure. Anyone with access to it can view your sessions and balance here.
  • Trace links are public-by-secret: anyone with a trace URL can view that trace's timeline. Do not share trace URLs you would not share publicly.

4. Acceptable use

  • You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access other users' data, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
  • Automated access is permitted only where explicitly enabled.

5. Data and AI provider routing

  • Your bot questions are forwarded to upstream AI providers (currently OpenRouter, which routes to model providers including OpenAI, Moonshot AI, Qwen, xAI, and others). Their data-handling terms apply to those forwarded requests.
  • Trace data, including the question text, model output, and tool calls, is stored on our servers and presented in the trace viewer for as long as the trace is retained (typically 30 days, see Privacy).

6. Warranty and availability

  • No guarantee is given for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or continuous availability of the service.
  • AI model outputs may be incorrect, biased, or harmful. Verify anything before relying on it.
  • thebedrock.ai is infrastructure tooling and does not replace professional financial, legal, medical, or other advice.

7. Liability

  • We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, and for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
  • For minor negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to typical and foreseeable damages.
  • Otherwise, liability for minor negligence is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

8. Changes and termination

  • You may delete every session associated with your Telegram account at any time from the dashboard. Ledger audit entries are not deleted by this action.
  • We may modify or discontinue the service or individual features at any time with effect for the future.
  • We will inform users appropriately about material changes to these terms.

9. Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
  • Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
